"Order showed up just how I wanted"
My laminate order came in just like I picked it on the site. The sizes were right, the finish matched, and there wasn’t any mix-up or anything like that, so...
I’m only giving 4 stars because the packing could’ve been a little cleaner/neater. But the actual order was correct, i’d use them again...

"Feels Like They’re Ignoring Me"
I’ve emailed them twice now and still haven’t heard anything back after a full week. From the silence, I’m assuming customer support just isn’t much of a priority for them, which is frustrating.

"Pretty good deal, honestly"
Prices seemed fair to me, and the laminate was actually worth the money. It’s not perfect or anything, but it’s not some overpriced junk either. I’d probably buy it again, which is more than I can say for a lot of the crap out there.

"Decent selection, but stock can be hit or miss"
To be fair, they do have a decent range of laminate options, and I found a few things I liked. But a couple of the items I was hoping to get weren’t in stock, which was a little frustrating. Overall, not a bad place to check out, just a bit hit or miss depending on what you need.

"Looked nice at first, but didn’t hold up for me"
I really wanted to like this because it looked good when I first got it, but of course, within just a few weeks the corners started chipping. Maybe I just got unlucky, but it’s frustrating when something starts wearing down so fast after normal use.

"Still waiting on my order"
I ordered a while ago and it still hasn’t shown up. The tracking hasn’t really said much either, so I’m kind of left guessing at this point.
